You don’t need an hour of meditation to be mindful. Sometimes, all it takes is 3 minutes. Here’s how to do a quick reset:

  1. Pause everything. Turn off distractions — just for a moment.

  2. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Then another. Feel it.

  3. Ask yourself: “How do I feel right now?” No need to judge it. Just notice.

This micro-practice doesn’t solve everything, but it helps you show up for yourself. Whether you’re at work, scrolling endlessly, or just feeling stuck — 3 minutes can shift your day.

Try it now. You might be surprised how powerful a small pause can be.
