We often think journaling means writing pages and pages. But what if 5 minutes was enough?

Research shows journaling helps with stress, clarity, and emotional regulation. And the best part? You don’t have to do it perfectly.

Just write one thing:

  • What you’re feeling.

  • What’s been stuck in your head.

  • Or simply, “I don’t know what to say.”

It’s not about being poetic. It’s about being honest. Start small. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Write anything that comes.

Do it daily. Watch what changes — not just in your thoughts, but in your relationship with yourself.
